How I know him: |
|
| We met each other at University in Earnshaw Hall towards the end of the 1st year. Although I did
see him around in intro week in September - & did like him ;-) - I thought he had attracted some very
strange people as friends, usually nicknamed by the porters as "the camp 'en"; "Space Cadet"; and the
"gormless gremlin". "Gormless gremlin" was actually 2 doors
away from me on my corridor (& I learnt afterwards that at the beginning they didn't think very much
of me either). When Stephen & I met and chatted for the first time outside the hall bar, we just knew from looking at each other that life was about to change and this would be the start of much more than a great friendship. I became friends with those people I had misjudged (& they me!) and we had some good times from there on. They did actually have names other than the rather demoralising ones they had been allocated - they were Simo, Julian & Stevy Doos. Julian & I never really hit it off together (he thought I was going to take over the world or something... I dunno), but we are civil to each other and I consider him a friend. Stevy Doos, although addicted to computer games, does have a human side and is a really pleasant and interesting person. Simo has always been the "sensible" one of the bunch and of recent times has been extremely understanding and supportive, & he LOVES shopping. For more have a look at www.euroboi.co.uk |

Embarrasing moments: |

| Exhausted after days work, fell asleep on the tram and then fell off the seat!!! |

| He's had a few nights where he came in from a night out & tried to hold a conversation, but the only phrase he could say
was "le peppermint!" |

| One Friday night I was awoken at 3:30am with Steve crying down the phone at me.
Apparently the taxi driver had dropped him in some random part of Sheffield and he had no idea where he was...
Guess who had to navigate this rather worse for wear guy home & THEN pay for the damn taxi!! |

Annoying Habits: |

| Talks to teddies. You'll be talking to him & then he'll suddenly pick up his teddies and join them in. | ||
| Falls asleep in minutes and snores like a buffalo. | ||
| Gets wound up very easily at times. | ||
| Most disorganised person ever & puts stuff off for days/weeks - gets very annoying sometimes. | ||
